Were they in the US when they were so hot? I don't know of a single house here that has the thermostat in the living room, so that makes me wonder. Most of them are in the hall here. :) Also, the one where JK insisted that he knew the right way was so funny to me because my sister once was at a music conference in San Antonio, TX. I drove up to meet her on a free day and we spent the day together along with her new friend she met at the conference. That night when we were leaving downtown to go back to the hotel I got into the lane to turn and get on the freeway and her friend INSISTED that I was about to go the wrong way. I told her, no I'm familiar with San Antonio and I knew the right way. She was so insistent and my sister decided to agree with her, so I went the way they wanted while in my heart KNOWING they were wrong. We ended up going what felt like 10 miles and I finally convinced them that they were wrong. It's still funny to me years later. :)
