I'm 53 and just adore Miley! This and Rose-colored lenses are my favorite tracks off ESV album. With her new healthy look, it just gives off the timely summer Cali vibes. You know how we often hear how people "rock" but Miley truly does rock. She is an amazing singer and performer. She does not sound generic. This is so much better than Flowers (in my opinion). I don't know why *this* wasn't her big hit of 2023!!! Miley has a very raw voice, more suited to rock. I actually prefer her cover of Blondie's "Call Me". I'm absolutely living that she's doing more rock songs and I'm very excited to see where she goes. I'm also very happy that she seems much happier. Looking back, people were pretty to cruel to her when she was trying to break out of the "good girl disney kid" association people had with her. Out of all the stars that I watched growing up, I think she turned out the best :)

It doesn't make me an expert but I know the basics of filmmaking, so I can more or less tell how much work a video or a film required. I don't see how this video is 'pushing creative boundaries' and I don't understand what you mean by 'stunning technological features'. It looks to me like hand-held camera shots, mostly close-ups/details. There's not much about costumes or art direction. Colour grading is nice but basic and so is the editing. It's not a bad video, it's aesthetically pleasing, but I don't understand what's so innovative about it. It could literally be shot on one location, within a few hours with three crew members (or even two, because you could do it with one cameraman and one gaffer). Art is subjective because it can make us feel something completely different and that is okay, but when you're talking about technical things that seem ridiculous to me, I would like some explanation.

I'm 53 and just adore Miley! This and Rose-colored lenses are my favorite tracks off ESV album. With her new healthy look, it just gives off the timely summer Cali vibes. You know how we often hear how people "rock" but Miley truly does rock. She is an amazing singer and performer. She does not sound generic. You can tell it's her when you hear a song, whether it be country, old school rock or the blues, she just has such a signature sound. Can't wait to see her on tour.

This is so much better than Flowers (in my opinion). I don't know why *this* wasn't her big hit of 2023!!! Miley has a very raw voice, more suited to rock. I actually prefer her cover of Blondie's "Call Me". I'm absolutely living that she's doing more rock songs and I'm very excited to see where she goes. I'm also very happy that she seems much happier. Looking back, people were pretty to cruel to her when she was trying to break out of the "good girl disney kid" association people had with her. Out of all the stars that I watched growing up, I think she turned out the best :)

It's a cute song and cute (but generic) video and that's nice, I don't think Miley wanted to do anything more than that and she doesn't need to. It doesn't make me an expert but I know the basics of filmmaking, so I can more or less tell how much work a video or a film required. I don't see how this video is 'pushing creative boundaries' and I don't understand what you mean by 'stunning technological features'. It looks to me like hand-held camera shots, mostly close-ups/details. There's not much about costumes or art direction. Colour grading is nice but basic and so is the editing. It's not a bad video, it's aesthetically pleasing, but I don't understand what's so innovative about it. It could literally be shot on one location, within a few hours with three crew members (or even two, because you could do it with one cameraman and one gaffer). Art is subjective because it can make us feel something completely different and that is okay, but when you're talking about technical things that seem ridiculous to me, I would like some explanation.
