Rodney-aka dawg, Corey & Drew-aka pickel died suddenly & unexpectedly...is why i say they went sliding in sideways....your comment hit home. more than you know. also lost both mom & dad this last year to cancer, my daughter in 2017 to suicide & my fiancee in 2009 frm a drunk driver

I've loved Tom since the start. I really appreciate that he has no record company and that his girl record's everything. Mad respect! I heard his song in Walmart like a year ago and was so excited and proud of him. Love this guy! I have been clean and sober for 17 years now and I still battle My Demons on a day-to-day basis. I have lost all my friends but 2, lost Family to that Bloody Big C, I suffer from chronic depression, Suicidal Tendencies/Thoughts, I have bad anxiety also. And on top of all that i have watched my mom since the age of 18 slowly wither and waste away all while from the time i wake till i go to sleep i keep saying no to my demons. Wow, I have the same thing it lasted about 2 years. Xanex is what I was prescribed and I could again live my life. A few years later, I was on everything but the kitchen sink. I've been sober 14 years! You inspire people! Just know that.

Congratulations to everyone on their sobriety. It is a good good feeling. Don't ever be afraid to give yourself credit for that, it's a huge huge accomplishment and you deserve to love yourself even more just for overcoming addiction. That's a huge thing. I am myself in and out of it. It's been about nine months for me. I hope I still have this strength after my baby is born. I'm sure I will, I just need to remind myself not even one time is worth it. I have a tendency to try and compromise and bargain when it comes to using , I am really focused on being done forever this time.God bless
