Тут половина такого же, впрочим как и в большинстве таких "полезных" роликов. Я проржался с "домкрата". Разве что про кусачки на плоскогубцах не обманул.

не думаю , что выемка на лезвиях , для очистки кабеля , ведь она только не первой секции , которая и будет первой удаляться , когда затупится
я думаю, эта выемка говорит, что лезвие новое.
Я этой выемкой пластик режу, например сендвич панель для откосов.

There is a chamfer at the end of the blade to prevent it from jamming when it is retracted. the reason why there is a chamfer in the front is because the blades are processed continuously, and the tail of one blade is actually connected to the head of another blade.
That makes a lot of sense, thanks! It is handy for stripping wires in a pinch (no pun intended…) like the video shows, but only when the blade is fresh since other segments lack that. On the other hand, it's a quick visual cue to tell whether the blade has ever been shortened or not!
Actually, turning the wire with the blade puts cuts in the wires & weakens the load capacity making a fire hazard according to the American Electricians Code!

В первом эпизоде такой скрытый шестигранник, при всём желании не догадаешься приложить туда ключ. И кстати у самореза шлиц PZ а у отвёртки PH, Если взять отвёртку с правильным шлицем, то ключ не понадобится.
А зачем столько наименований? 🤪 Под каждый новый саморез новая отвертка?

Jedyne do czego mogę się przyczepić to nie wszystkie śrubowkręty były pod odpowiednie śruby, było widać luzy. Ja stosuje uniwersalny bito trzymacz i dedykowane bity, najczęściej PZ2 i PH3, ale ogólnie poziom zawodowca. Pozdrawiam

WD40 zmywa smary ale nie nadaje się do smarowania, także i tu kicha.
Tu w 0:18 do wykręcania wkrętu PZ użyto śrubokręta z końcówką PH, który wyskakuje z wkręta. Błąd!

Только он открутил PZ саморез PH отвёрткой, собственно поэтому и люфтило. Если бы взял PZ отвёртку, то и вороток не нужен был бы =)

Had no idea about the razor blade snap thing. I tried on my cheapo $1 razor blade, the back came off and has a slot for breaking off a fresh blade. Mind blown

Это пассатижи комбинированные, а не плоскогубцы (пласкаши). Два разных инструмента.
В любой школе СССР в 6-м классе на уроках труда изучали и работали ручным инструментом. У нас не было только таких ножей🤣 и отверток Всё остальное не в новинку. Да и саморезами тиски не прикручивают🤣🤣🤣 Странно, что у народа такой восторг от увиденного.

Great hacks! But one hint: Never put WD40 inside a lock! WD40 is good for removing rust and lubrication of big parts. But it is very bad for small mechanics. Only use fine mechanics oil for locks, hinges and door cylinders !
Silicone oil is more than enough, no need to buy special fine mec oil

The size of many tape measures is also fixed. Some are exactly 75mm long. You can use it for inner sizes when you can not roll the tape out further. I mean the bottom side where the tape measures can stand on.
There are no standard for the tape measure body length, but the exact length is always printed in the body itself for exactly the purpose you mentioned. So you only need to add the distance you measured with the body length to measure inner dimension.

@@stahlschorsch It actually is. I never see any tape that intended for serious work without the body measurements printed. Maybe for a simple miniature tape that more of toy territory that don't have those measurements. Another tip to know a "proper" tape is you need to look if the hook has a bit of slack, which exactly the width of the hook itself. The slack meant to compensate for the hook width when measuring inside dimensions and thus you also going need to know the body width.
@@sonicslv6132 You'd be surprised how many different "proper" measuring tapes there are out there... all made for "serious measuring work" With all kinds of features. Or without them.
To my opinion if the cut remain with the blade it is unused and in full length. However, there may be other indications also.

Also don't use a Phillips screwdriver on a Pozidriv screw, or vice versa. Het juiste materiaal gebruiken is het halve werk.

0:02 if instead of using the wrong size Phillips screwdriver, you used the right size Pozidrive screwdriver on that PZ2 screw, things might go a little bit easier.

@@fajarkurniawan9434 Wrong, that tip has nothing to do with the size or if it is a PZ or PH driver. The tip is for increasing the torque if a screw can't be losen that easy.

Nice hacks but one important thing for the part with the lock and WD40. You never use WD40 for lubrication. WD40 removes water and rust. And also every type of lubrication and grease. After using WD40 you need some oil or grease to lube mechanical parts correctly (like some sort of silicone oil or ptfe spray)
In WD40 are additives that lubricate a little. You can try it by spraying WD40 on a smooth surface and letting it dry for a few days. Then a greasy film is present. And yes, WD40 is primarily petroleum, which washes out grease and oil.
You should never even think about spraying WD40 in a lock. You destroy the lock with it because the springs and tumblers become resinous. Graphite always belongs in a lock, nothing else!!!! Every manufacturer of locks is happy about these videos because they increase the company's profit exorbitantly.
I work at a stone quarry and I have told and told them no oil in the padlocks use a spray graphite but no I'm a old man that doesn't know anything😵. We have a can of spray graphite and I'm the only one that uses it. Any thing that has oil on or in it gets stone dust caked in it.
I used wd40 on my motorcycle chain when I first started riding. One chain snappage later I now use dedicated chain lube. Wd40 is only good for cleaning a chain prior to lubrication.
