Random question, since you stand a lot grooming dogs are you tightening your core? I ask because when I am not mindful of my core doing hair my back starts hurting for overcomepensating and then slouching. Ergonomics are so important for labor-heavy careers. Oh also do you stretch first thing in the morning? That helps me too..when I remember 😅
This is very good advice. I need to do this. I am having a hard time fitting everything in. And exercise is what I leave out.

Awwwwh Rosie cutesttt! Chloe too gorgeous what beautiful sweet dogs. I have a lil dog named Rosie too shes a tiny lil runt of the litter. Probably 4 pounds with mask and spots. Couldnt say no 3 dogs wasnt enough
