I'm a lost soul. Oliver and I grew up the same. We share a lot of the same pain and depression. I doubt he will ever see this but if he does... Oliver I don't know if anyone has ever told you this but you matter. You made a difference. I'm 31 years old living in the big city of Jacksonville and I'm from Piedmont, South Carolina (less than 500 people) I grew up on a farm and was raised right by my dad and grandfather. They taught me how to live off the land and be a man of God but I have lost my way. I have turned my back on God because my mind and soul have been twisted and tainted by how this new world has treated me. I'm absolutely miserable. I just want to go home but home isn't a place, it's a time, and that time is long gone. I thoroughly don't want to be alive anymore but I have a disabled wife and special needs son (named Oliver ironically) who love me and I'd do anything for. It's so comforting listening to the music that comes deep from your heart. Thank you for connecting with me in a way nobody has in a very long time. Thank you for putting my feelings into words. Thank you.
I'm 73 seen Hendrix and Joplin and Willy Nelson all in person. This man will be celebrated with them someday.

I just saw the concert at the Rodeo in Houston on Tuesday, and it was AMAZING! You are most definitely a legend in the making, and I'm happy to have been here for it. Your music is like a much needed therapy for me, and I yell it when I sing along. It definitely hits me in the feels, and that's what it's all about. Can't wait to see what's coming, and congrats on the success! You certainly deserve it. I'm glad you didn't slip through the cracks because we appreciate you so much! Having one of us tell the Truth in such a beautiful way, there are just not words, but you have managed to put it into words, and music, that is so raw and real, there's never been anything like it in my opinion. Probably not even stock footage but two sets of footage CGI'd together, but it does not fit - I'm sure this wasn't Oliver's choice! But hopefully he's receiving a good amount of royalties - I''ve read he's doing okay financially, which he deserves. He didn't need to sell his soul to Bud Light, the Lord saw your choice, and will continue to reward you, not with just money (I know that is not what your seeking, anyway) but peace and good things WILL come to you Oliver.
