RC Blimp
This airship can attain speeds of 60 km / h, which allows it to fly with a significant wind.
Unlike multirotors, the risk of damage with an airship is absolutely zero !
It is the ideal solution for flying over people and overcrowded urban areas safely.
The volume of Helium needed to fill the airship is less than 0.4 m3

  • This thing is super awesome! Any clue on where to start on making the bladder? Any thoughts on compartmentalizing them to avert the failure mode a bit.

    • Bad idea, the paint would weigh down the airship. It doesn't matter if it's hard to see under a blue sky, it's controlled using video feedback! 🙂
