  • I'm a gaming youtuber for a years or so. Everytime I try to record the videos I have to push as much words out of my mouth while making them funny as much as possible, so in turn it gives me lots of stress. I usually feels compleletly exhausted in 1 hour or so. I didn't know it was the way I forced myself to talk that gives me so much fatigue. Your video is exactly what I've been trying to solve, thank you a lot! :D

  • Learning English shouldn't be exhausting. Let's think about all the benefits that we have if we speak more than 1 language, let's be creative to learn English. I used to speak in front of a mirror, I recorded myself speaking in English, I tried to explain in English everything around me. Those are simple exercises that help to improve our communication skills in English. 🙂

  • Oh my God!!! I had heard only half of this video, when I was called into a meeting. I paid attention to this "releasing the tension"... oh my Gooood!!! Night and day!!!! I made it, opening my mouth and with poise and confidence making my words and thoughts heard. I felt I was interacting at the same level with that native speaker. Oh my Goooood! This lady does not need to say much for you to understand and be encouraged to apply her advice immediately! Wow! Wow! Wow!!!

  • "this tension makes you feel tired and exhausted" I think Hadar has taught us one of the most common mistakes that we do when speaking English. Thanks you so much Hadar everyday I'm struggling with thingslike this topic and I hope I can keep gaining confidence through pronunciation and practice every day, however now I believe more on myself every day doing more self-talks and applying all your teachfull techniques ♥️, thanks a lot Hadar!!! 😘

  • When speaking English, I felt a little bit harder to produce sentences, I experienced quite a lot of tension. I mean, I didn't sound natural and effortless 😔 Unlike in my native language, I didn't hold tension in any parts of my face, or even in my body.. I wish I could be like you, speaking English with no tension and sounding natural, not investing a lot of energy in speaking English.. You're perhaps an exceptional case, Hadar 👍😊While everyone might want to be fluent in English like you but sadly enough, not everyone can be.. 😔

  • Do Americans tell that you are not American when they talk to you or do they think you are American? I am not trying to judge or anything, but Hadar really sounds like a native speaker to me and if a native speaker cannot tell if she’s American or not by her accent or how fluent she is, that would really give me hope that I can also do this 😭😅 I know from Hadars lessons that accents are not the most important, but I was really wondering… Hadar’s by far the best teacher!

  • Learning English is a journey that takes a lot of dedication especially when you're doing all of it by yourself. This exhaustion comes from the mindset " I don't know enough". Hadar recently i began training my speaking abilities but i feel that i'm stuck at it even knowing a lot, how long should i practice regularly to achieve a good level?

      @stefane2153@stefane21532 жыл бұрын
    • @@Luismialex oh I see, you shouldn't feel bad about it. Just take your time and having an accent is cool, just be attentive to the right pronunciation of the words and clarity while you speak it.

  • Loud or excessive talking may make these muscles tire. Some people then fall into the unhealthy habit of overusing muscles of the neck to “push” the voice. These little muscles can't fully and consistently do the work of the big muscles of the abdomen and rib areas.🥰🥰🥰
