  • sana iconsider din yung USB ver. ports, Example na yung Lenovo Legion 5i pro Gen 8 walang thunderbolt 4 (Intell) or USB 4 (AMD), only USB 3.2 only as per specifications tapos 100k yung price unlike dun sa slightly cheaper Predator Helios 16 or more cheaper Helios Neo 16 meron dalawang ports na Thunderbolt 4 type-c. plus mux switch for gaming laptop.

  • What specifications po for DJying? And also doing cloud base bookkeeping and accounting apps with it? Kung kaya ng 12 gen lang, ok na. Sa resolution naman, mag aatach na lang ng bigger monitors. Tutal mga numbers lang para sa accounting. Sa Djying , do you think higher resolution sa monitors?

  • 1. Consider the memory of the laptop. same size when upgrading 2. Consider the storage. SSD dapat 3. Consider if laptop is upgradable - future proof - if none, check extra slot 4. Safe window is windows 11 5. Processor generation - 13th gen (latest) 6. Resolution and screen size - as much as possible do not settle for HD 7. for gamers, consider GPU 8. Consider your budget - best to buy brand new

  • When it comes to Res and Screen size, i recommend FHD for 13-15.6” laptops. For 16” laptops and bigger, i recommend going for QHD or 4K. (But 4K can be quite demanding, so QHD is perfectly enough.) FHD: 1920 x 1080 QHD: 2560 x 1440 4K: 3840 x 2160 If your budget can afford it, i’d suggest to go straight for a higher res in 16-17.3” laptops. If not, settle with FHD. (Having a FHD display in such a large screen like a 17.3” laptop might give you a blurry picture. You can start to see some noticeable pixels in a screen like those.)

    • @@kouhaiii3182 Like i said, 4K is still too demanding nowadays. 1440p is the sweet spot if u want a higher res while not sacrificing too much performance. If your budget affords it, i’d suggest you go with QHD on 16” and larger screens. Or else the screen would look blurry.

    • @@mathew6097 idk, cuz for me it really is. And the pixels in a 1080p res being stretched out further in such a big screen like 17.3” can make the pixels start to look more noticeable and thus make the picture quality look more blurrier and worse.

  • saka End of Servicing Updates Date ng Intel Processors 7 years lang from the launch date. Di nila agad nilalagay yan sa site nila. Kaya wag masyadong luma ang bilhin na intel proc.

  • Additional tip: aside from the specs, ppl should also consider yung cooling ng laptop. Always running it on very high temperatures could cause some problems and affect its components in the long run. So kung may target ka nang brand at model, mas better if tumingin muna ng reviews and research bago bilhin. Wag padala sa sales talk. May kaibigan akong bumili ng bnew gaming laptop from a lesser known chinese brand. Ganda ng specs for a very low price rtx 3070, 12th gen intel cpu. The problem is, the temps are hovering around 80 even on idle. Pinapalitan nalang niya.
