Rather than retiring with Belator, Michael essentially walked on again to an unknown career with the UFC. Michael has earned his spot as one of the top 5 Lightweights in the UFC and a fan favorite due to his exciting fighting style. Definitely possible for Chandler to win the title. Was the closest to beating Charles and fought to entertain the fans against Gaethje (wich was a mistake). How he was able to keep Charles from choking him was impressive.
I wonder if Michael could've performed better against Justin in the event he felt less pressured to win (he outright said he didn't know for sure he'd beat Gaethja). From a big win over dan to a loss to Olivera and for a second drop if losing to Justin.... However Chandler's something of established himself once again.

When you look at a guy as physically fit and a pure beast like Chandler and you think his best asset might actually be his mind? And his faith? This guy is scary
Ah... I'd like to say Michael's short bursts and explosions seem to isolate him from other fighters as a strong point, when he crowds and throws bombs at least somewhat frantically.
