  • Looks amazing! I love the dark aesthetic and furniture. Have you considered putting cable trays across the bottom or top of your walls to have the cables running clean trough your house? It might add to the length of the cables but it will look slick! And just drill a hole in the desk! You can even get special plugs for cables to seal them off so it looks professional :)

  • great office! just so you know- you can actually add your own hole to the desk and then finish it with a plastic rim (sold on amazon or hardware stores. If you're afraid to do it yourself since its RH, I would recommend hiring a carpenter to do it. the reason why the rug/hiding wire solution isnt working is the thickness of the rug. I would reccommend getting a rug pad, cutting it to the size of the cowhide, and then feed the wires through. it's not perfect, but the extra density will help because the rug pad will compress a bit around the wire. Also tape the wire to the ground.

  • Justin, It would be so easy to add a cable chase-way hole to the desk and it could have a counterbore that would could house a high-quality trim ring to have the appearance look professional as if it was part of the design of the desk.
