clo La défense n'était pas à la hauteur pour un match face au meilleur, il nous manque des MBOCK , RENARD. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on ne va chercher les joueuses plus haut. Les américaines sont pas du tout à l'aise si on les empêche d'avoir de l'espace. Comme les espagnoles qui harcèlent très haut, on en a les moyens de le faire et on est bonnes dans ce style de jeu. Comme à la coupe du monde les arbitres sont trop gentilles avec les américaines, je ne compte plus les penalties en leur faveur. J'espère voir notre équipe au complet bientôt, on a d'excellentes joueuses qui ont besoins d'être à l'attaque et non en défense.

The french team keep on doing the same mistake they did in 2019 at the Worl Cup in France, playing quarter-finals when they started playing dirty and one of the players hold by the arm Alex Morgan on the left side. The referee saw the foul and gave a penalty in favor of U.S. Rapeno took the free-kick and the first goal like today. The referee is not being strict enough. I was an assistant coach in California and sometimes a Referee. I never lost control of the game and my team won more than 95% of the games during the year.

France didn't look like they would score, they made the USA look from another division, no movement, no cohesion, like they never played together. To think that we should have beaten them in the world cup, but for a disallowed goal from brilliant Ellen White for her toe nail being offside, and we missed a penalty. In the last 20 minutes there was only one team playing to score, and it wasn't the USA. The girls never recovered, I mean who wants to play for 3th or 4th place, when with every reason they could have won it.

This is their B team brought together for these friendly matches because their A team was sidelined by Covid or Covid contact cases. I wouldn't get too smug about England. England played their absolute best against the US in the semi-final of the World Cup and it was a brilliant match but then it's been downhill since then. They lost the match for 3rd place and very recently they lost to this very same French B-team 3-1! that the US beat 2-0. England also lost to Canada (2-0). I am not sure about the new coach, I would have liked if Emma Hays would have taken up the job, she would have been perfect, sadly she was not interested.

I listened to the French sports reporters of this game and must say the French are very tolerant people. They must be because the male reporter had a serious speech impairment, ending every phrase with ..aaaah or uuuuh or oooh. Mist anoying. It is not a speach pattern used by the French in general, so why is this man still reporting?

someone should take the trouble to establish the ratio of shots that actually go on goal and shots that miss the goal. Then have a competent head coach drill the team to find the goal more often. I also wonder what magic is at work when our players shoot straight at the goalie 75% of the time, at least in those rare instances where they don't miss the goal entirely. The thing is 23 feet wide and a goalie may reach perhaps 6 feet with outstretched arms. That leaves about 17 feet of clear and empty space to place the ball in. Try it.

I Couldn't agree more. It ruins the pleasure of watching. My wife won't watch women soccer anymore for that very reason. But from where are you writing, I mean from which country or region, where women play a gentler, fairer soccer? Asians are generally less aggressive, exceptions not withstanding. North and South Korea, Japan and China play a more civilized game. Only rule changes and better trained referees would change that in the west.

In minute 76:16 french player # 10 pushed Smith when she was ready to shoot to the goal That it should be a penalty. Kazadi again the minute 85;00 fouled Smith. Terrible referee and her right assistant should warn the referee, she didn't do it and let it pass. THEN AGAIN kAZADI in the minute 85:50 fouled Smith from behind. Then, again the french #9, le Sommer fouled our #9 Lindsey Horan. Another dirty player De Almeida on CArli Lloyd because she was getting close to the goalie ready to shoot in the minute 91:02 , Also, in the minute 90:04 Le Sommer fouled Smith from the back pushed to the ground, and no call, the U.S. could win 6 to 0. But, the French team didn't allow it, playing DIRTY. What a SHAME.
