His super charges way too fast. Idk why his super goes through walls when Willow needs that more
FOR REAL! If she could do that she could go behind walls and would arguably be so much better! I dont think cordelius should be able to go through walls because he can go behind a wall, charge his super, use it on you and go towards you with his super fast movement speed. I think it shouldnt go through walls so at least an incentive to use the jump gadget but that would still be broken so i say nerf his damage from 1090 - 1050 then nerf his super charge rate from 5 projectiles to 6 or 7. Then the silence gadget 1.5 seconds - 1.0 second or 0.5 seconds. Even after all of that he would still me absolutely craazy so maybe from 1050 - 1000 or very fast movement speed - fast. Also change from 30% bonus movement speed from super - 20%. And bonus reload speed from super 20% - 10% Im not sure if thats even enough but yeah.

Cordelius outclasses several brawlers, he's ridiculous! I do love his concept and design, even the voice lines grew on me despite sounding so obnoxiously annoying the first time i heard them. A creepy corrupted gardener wandering in a forest who has an ability to send you to a realm of liminal spaces is a pretty cool concept. Makes for a pretty cool Slender game rip-off! Also, he reminds me of SCP-106. About his design, i noticed his mushroom hat has stiches on it which might suggest it's not an acctual mushroom but a hat. Maybe he was originally like a garden gnome fellow before he was given the gas mask and went insane.

Cordelius is a good example of powercreep. - Gadget=watered-down otis super - Super allows him to take even throwers by surprise - Many marksmen/throwers rely on super, gadget, and teammates to counter tanksassins, disabling them allows Cordelius to be a caliber above its fellow assassins when facing down squishy brawlers He's going to get emergency nerfed into fucking oblivion and I'm down for it.

Nice editing props to the editor and also I prefer to use the mute gadget with cordelius so I can mute people and then use my super right after but when I saw how Crying man used the jump gadget to be more aggresive idk which one to play
I like the jump. I can counter throwers, jump over walls, dodge attacks and also for some reason the jump is usable in the Shadow Realm unlike the mute gadget. And well, the jump is just a no brainer, pretty easy to use but is so good. The mute is good to counter certain brawlers like Chester who can just burst you down.
Also the first star power is better in my opinion

Cordelius is TOO insane cuz EVERYTIME I go against I lose and when I play with him I win like no matter what map or game mode. It is even proven he can beat every other brawler but probably only Shelly or a few others can beat him. He DEFINITELY needs to get nerfed like NOW.

It not even feels fair anymore, almost every Brawler released is being broken and much stronger than old Brawlers we got even after their nerfs. For example; Gray can still insta teleport with his super which is old broken Surge gadget with extra steps that makes him have a unfair advantage, R-T still 2 shots most brawlers by splitting and spamming auto whenever he wants, Otis just uses his super on you from short range and there is nothing you can do and now Cordelius can literally turn the game into duels for couple of seconds but with him having much more advantage because of the buff's he gets. Why we can't get new balanced characters like Belle or something?
and no Maisie is not balanced, even CryingMan was saying she might be top 10 because of her high damage and hp yet long range, fast attack speed and very easy to charge super which does almost same damage as Sam's knuckles which is something you must aim and hit.
Because thinking of an idea and making that idea real is harder than some think. There's always a reason behind why something is strong in game design.

Because whenever a new brawler is released balanced people start crying and start saying that the brawl pass isnt worth it and what not. It happened with mandy, it happened with maisie. This community is full of hypocrits that complain when a brawler is broken yet cry when they are balanced, so the devs will cater towards the option that gives them the most amount of money, which is broken brawlers. And yes maisie was balanced on release, but since people cant take a balanced brawler they buffed her and now she is pretty strong (though i think that she was pretty strong before the buffs aswell because they really were not big buffs at all)

He's so broken His super is an automatic win in a lot of situations! Against a shot range tank? You have extra speed and you outrage them. Against a sharpshooter? That extra speed goes a long way in dodging them. Against a thrower? Easy win. Against a control brawler? Not a challenge. The only brawlers that I think have a decent chance in the Shadow Realm are mid/long range high damage dealers with easy to hit attacks which isn't many brawlers. Lola and Amber are pretty good examples
Man's super is deadly but I like the idea itself because you can even see cordelius in your own team when you're both in the shadow realm.

To be honest the only thing they should do is make his super not go through walls if they don't wanna do that just make his super projectile speed slower and with either one of those nerf his super charge rate and make it so that so his super can't be charged in his super, if they wanna over nerf him change his gadget to 1.5 to 1 second ever thing else is fine with him
They need to nerf Cordelius. Change the attack blocking gadget time from 1.5 seconds to 1. Make his super charge longer. Decrease the reload speed to normal. That's how you get a balanced brawler

I feel like Cornelius can cicle ultis very easily due to his fast reload and the auto charge passive
the super charge passive is necessary for him imo, they should just nerf the super charge rate per hit

Well, this is something that Supercell always does in its games, where it makes the new character broken in order for the players who paid the money to buy it to be stronger than others, and I cannot complain about this because the company wants to reap profits for its hard work.

This brawler is really broken. There is a match where enemy grom is too strong and i cant reach (as surge). Then cordelius use it’s super at me. I remember that enemy cannot see where i am so i sneak to where grom last seen was. Yup, we won

Thanks to the token doubler event and tons of token doublers I got from Starr drops I was able to unlock him and get him to 11 on the 9th and man I was playing him in 800 matchmaking with some friends and dude I had games where I went like 14 and 4 with 100k dmg, and I had a game where I went 18 and 8 and I died like 5 times because my game crashed like 3 times and I still won with another 100k dmg in a regular game not a power match

To my opinion,nerfing won't be anyhow helpful, rework this brawler might will do. Its okay that new brawler are kinda op at the beginning so that players will be more willing 2 try it and company can make money from it. However this time, its not op issue. ITS just break the game. Buster was op when he first came out. So they nerf him. But this one, its 2 much. Otis was op, buz of his super. But this new brawler has a gadget which almost equals 2 otis super. Not to mentioned his super, which make a 3v3 mode into 1v1, 2v2 mode. With that super, u can heal, u can kill , u can helping teammates by simply just use super 2 call one out , u also can cancel others super...most of the super in the game usually will unlock u at least two functions, for example, brock super can break wall and deal damage. But this brawler super just way 2 many functions at the same time. And the last not the least, just a little bit weaker than buster, this super u almost has no way 2 stop it, cuz it get charge from enemy nearly. Anyway, for real, i am not joking. I think its either delete this brawler or rework his super, otherwise i think its really going to do nothing. Funny fact though i don't see anyone counter this brawler through, but this brawler can almost counter everyone easily. Also, wats the point for picking up leon now? He got invisibility. Thats cool. But how about fights in another dimension where its only u and me, and i am blessed but u not😂. Just imagine mode like gem grab, football, knockout, bounty.....oh yeah and don't forget the solo showdown...how can they do nothing after seeing that... is this a ultimate update 4 teamers? 😢😢 I don't know maybe its really time to quit

Cordelius is just so broken in showdown. he can just cycle supers in the shadow realm with a tank and every else is forced to fight each other. so just guaranteed second or first every single game.

This brawler needs alot of nerfs to be balanced 💀 i have a list of nerfs for him 1- reduce super from 8 to 5 seconds 2-his 2nd gadget reduce from 1.5 sec to 1 sec 3- his super dosent go through walls 4- main attack damage nerf 5- super charge rate nerf 6- dosent get speed from super (only gets reload speed buff) 7- everyone in the match could see you and the person you used super on That's all and im still pretty sure even with all this nerfs he would still be op 😭
2, 3, and 5 are good nerfs but the last one ruins the whole point of his super, the rest might be unnecessary
