It's funny . I love Moscow as a Brit and found the people warm and welcoming . Even if cool at first .the hardships experienced cannot be even dreamt of here in the west . I am amazed he is still standing after that homebrew lol

I expect that him washing his hands was edited out. The people around him mention it and would have likely done it before looking for hot particle, notice how he is handed the meter and then scanned with the probe? That wouldnt have happened if he hadn't already cleaned his hands.

Guy is the man!! He can do anything he sets out to do! I loved him as a racer with his great personality that he brought to the sport!! And I'm still a big fan of Guy, if he were a girl I'd marry him ;)
Lovely man, always so humble, understanding and appreciative of other cultures. No real language barrier for Guy's attitude. Great video. He really shouldn't have put himself in those radioactive areas though, just send a drone up there to show it. It's so bonkers that Humans are still using nuclear reactors for power after what happened in Chernobyl and Fukushima in Japan. Chernobyl isn't gonna be habitable by Humans for about 20,000 years. Probably why it's so beautiful, it's all overgrown with lovely plants.
nuclear is incredibly safe and environmentally friendly. Also, the radiation guy recieved won't mean anything since he doesn't live or work there for long periods of time.
PCCW Grandiose is correct. The Chernobyl reactor was a 'slapdash' design, and considerably crude/inefficient, modern reactors are far safer.
This is the best one by far, and even thinking of giving that crook Farage a knighthood is stupid when you have Sir Guy Martin doing the proper job. I suppose he doesn't want the TV life and enjoys the love and warmth of his family over this boy's own stuff

What a pity it does not have subtitles here on Viceland/SBS Australia. I came here to complain that his diction is not good enough for TV and find many other people see a deficiency, too. There are many reasons for subtitling - and you may find that the costs are worth your success increase!
