  • To answer your question on how people become class-D [Disposable class], the SCP Foundation recruits them unwillingly. Most class D members are death row inmates. And Class-D members can also be people who have done crimes. It won't matter on how little or big the crime is. So, the class D identification is basically a person who has committed something to offense. Hope that helped :)
