मेरे हाई स्कूल में एक नंबर आए हैं हाई स्कूल करके मैंने पढ़ाई छोड़ दी है और मकान बनाने का काम करता हूं लेकिन आज मैं कोई सा भी नक्शा किसी तरह का नक्शा देख सकता हूं. किताबी मैच मुझे आज भी समझ में नहीं आती लेकिन दैनिक जीवन में उतार-चढ़ाव होने वाली जितनी भी मत है मेरी सब समझ में आती है मकान से लेबल जो भी चीज डालनी हो निकालनी हो समझा नहीं हो सब कुछ बता सकता हूं. पास होने के लिए नंबर की जरूरत है लेकिन बुद्धिमान होने के लिए नंबर की जरूरत नहीं. 👍👍

I m sure Aamir Khan nicely expressesed his opinion on our education system and his good suggestions for possible improvements like to focus on core values like being really educated as a person, talented, cultured, happiness quotient, etc., through this speech and his few films made on this topic. He rightly mentioned in his last few lines that parents should cultivate good values like helping nature, sympathy, being human etc. more than their child's study scores or grades, by interacting with them everyday on such values focussed questions. Further, adding to this, the parents should never never compare their child's performance with other children directly or indirectly which can harm their psyche, understanding that every child has their own unique born gifted qualities in them and rather focus to hone those qualities or skills in them

He got it right. He's talking about personal growth along with your educational growth. It starts from the childhood. Schools should have volunteer programs(field trip) for the kids. They need to learn how to help others to become a valuable part of the society. Too much pushing at home is not always good. Most of the parents don't understand it. #1,#2 makes them selfish later in life. I think parents needs parenting class also.
