  • I do believe the 15% to think of the next meal. As a mom of 4 kids which they don't like the same foods, i spend a lot of energy to think of their meals so that they actually eat and that we have a good moment at meal time.

  • The question about the fastest way to enlightment at the end of interview, in my opinion, would be the book: Course of Miracles book on true forgiveness. It is cliff noted by the book: Disappearing the Universe, for easier, faster understanding.

  • To keep it simple, in order that you do not have to buy any of Dave's goodies, just follow a lifestyle of exercise, good night's sleep, and do not consume any processed foods, bad fats, alcohol, and deep-fried stuff. That's all.

    • *LOL! Good luck for many of us. Life is challenging enough. None of us get out alive, so LIVE in a way that works for you without being too neurotic. My 2 cents.*

  • Saturated fatty acids decrease the responsiveness of the cell membrane to insulin-mediated actions through a decrease in binding affinity, which contributes to increased insulin resistance

    @Ron-rk6iz@Ron-rk6iz Жыл бұрын
    • Except so many who have gone keto/carnivore have improved insulin resistance. That's the problem with reductionist, mechanism-based assertions that don't consider the whole picture.

    • Is that why when people turn carnivores they cure their type II diabetes? 🤔😏

      @PALMONDAY@PALMONDAYАй бұрын
    • Not true. I understand what you’re saying, but this is off old old doctrine. Our cell membranes in are body are made of saturated fat(lipids). Each,embrace has a hydrolipidic bi-layer. Thus we need fat to enter the cell. Saturated fat, with no carbs decreases insulin and this burns fat for energy. I’ve researched for years in bio chemistry and I’m a Registered Nurse.
