  • Pyfer: I was horrifically abused by the people who were supposed to love me. I learned to be a man by escaping my father and sleeping on park benches. I use these experiences to fuel my career and help others in life in impossible situations. Hermansson: Norway has some beautiful outdoor activities.

  • Pyfer genuinely has the potential to become champ at the division he's in. I couldn't imagine being his parents and looking at where their son has taken himself and it was no thanks to them at all. I'm glad he has risen above it. Converted those negatives into fuel for creativity and positivity

  • Now I can see why Dana spoke so highly of Joe. This was such a real, raw, and honest story and the definition of how fighting can be turned into a positive. If he gets through Jack, the UFC has so much great marketing material to push him. I hope he goes far

  • Hi Joe Phyfer, You owe you life to Will Harmon your high school wrestling coach and you are lucky to have the love, mentorship, food, care from him and his family. DONT FORGET THAT and do EVERYTHING you can when he needs a help and do the same to other kids when you are in the position to do so - pass on the flame!
