Being kind to myself WAS one of my greatest struggles. This video definitely resonated with me. Everything mentioned was my journey to liking myself and giving myself grace to be all of me.
It was the same for me. I hated myself and saw only my limitations. To only see the outside of fellow humans and the inside of yourself, gives the illusion that everyone else are having a good time and enjoy their lives and I am the only one suffering in our comfort in the Western world anyway?

Their powers are subtle but extremely effective in a world where people are divided and in conflict with one another, in a world where people are ignorant of the realities and requirements of life in the Universe around them, in a world where people are superstitious. All of these things make that humans are so vulnerable to persuasion and manipulation. That is why they want to stay hidden. Out of view for the majority of the people in the world.
