I imagine Diddy knew he was going to get drugs but they could have been for himself and Diddy only lent him the plane. This is very unlikely but if this is the case they have to have proof Diddy knew why he rented the plane even if the man snitches diddys lawyers can definitely fight it if there is no text or email communication stating Diddy knew the trip was for drugs.
