  • 거의 bts 하나로 10조짜리 회사를 세움. 페스타 2일 공연에 700~800억 벌었다는데. 저 월세 정도야 뮤비 몇 개 유튜브 수익만으로도 가능할 듯. 작년 8월 말 나온 다이너마이트 뮤비는 지금도 하루 조회수만 200만 가까이 나옴.

  • I think its smart for Hybe to just remodel/renovate and rent the building for now eventually if they want they can buy it. So far Hybe's over-all decision making has made them at the top so no doubt they have plans which they can't reveal atm. I guess they value #1 when it comes to owning the actual building. Mind you Hybe has the most earnings/profit amongst K entertainment companies. So let's just wait and see what the future holds. Hybe fighting!

    • Actually after I understand the content I dont think that its quite smart if they rent this building...the deposit is 17 billion and the monthly payment is 1.7 billion...if BANG PD build their own building they can make a very beautiful building with that fccking money... the things inside the building are so expensive... just look how huge that building is... there fccking rich..

    • @@ikonmeansswagggggg4511 They renovated the building to cater idols and trainees and whatnot. If Hybe bought the building it will be pretty hard to sell the whole thing unless they sell it to an entertainment company who has billions of won. As in the next buyer has to be as rich or richer than HYBE. By renting, they can mobilize easily without having to worry about what to do with the building. I thought about it, too. Why not just buy the building? Then it came to me that it would be hard to sell it if they decide to move their base of operation. Also, HYBE building is HUGE. And as we know HYBE Insight is a cluster of multiple entertainment companies. Things might change in the future.. changes that will require them to get an even bigger building.

    • Sign Name Here and besides I heard the taxation in Korea is very high .That's why SM evaded paying taxes but later on he was discovered and was asked to pay 40 million dollars for evading taxes and You know SM isn't as rich as HYBE.I think that maybe one of the reasons Lee Soo Man is selling his shares and stepping down as CEO of SM so that he doesn't give it a bad name .But looking at Bang pd he is such a genius in business .Like look at how Weverse brought more profit compared to VLIVE when Vlive had all those big3 groups and Weverse had only BTS and txt till they decided to merge weverse and Vlive .Whatever Bang PD decides that man is a whole business genius who managed to beat the big3 combined with just one group sigh

  • To anyone asking why they're in 10th place, they mentioned that hybe only has the building on lease and they dont own the land... not really sure about this but they keep mentioning that they should have bought the land instead of renting it. Other entertainments on the top of the list own the lands and their building plus they add the total number of buildings the company owns. Correct me if im wrong tho

    • Actually HYBE building is the most expensive out their among all ent. company. Bcz the total cost HYBE building is 53 billion won meanwhile YG building total cost which ranked 1st is only 36 billion won. It's a smart move of HYBE to already move into a huge building on rent, they can own it whenever they want.

    • Hi, from what I know, the original name of the building is Yongsan Trade Center and in 2019, there were already lots of articles talking about how the entire building was rented by the company.

  • HYBE has like 7 salons for their artist, multiple and big dance practice rooms, a filming studio, a library, the cafeteria is big too with an amazing view in both sides and cheap for employees and the labor conditions for their employees are so good, they have access to installations like the gym for example...I wish I can visit the museum some day :(

  • 실질적인 부분에 투자를 해서 좋다. 하루 종일 앉아서 일하는 직원들에게 의자야 말로... 책상은 막 써도 의자는 제대로 쓰라고 했거든... 진짜 의자 중요함. 아티스트들에겐 제대로 된 운동 시설과 연습실과 음향 시설 등 밥 또한 얼마나 중요한가.... 음식에도 진심이고........... 정말 해야 하는 것들에 제대로 된 투자

  • 건물을 사지않고 통채로 빌리는 경우가 세금에 있어서 더 이득이기 때문에 매달 월세를 내는 거예용 ㅎ 요즘에는 건물을 사지않고 임대로 하는 경우가 많다고 하네용

  • 건물매매 대신 타소속사 인수합병 투자로 결정하고 사옥은 임대하기로한 하이브 칭찬해👍기회비용 생각해서 내린 선택이라는 생각이 들고, 아티스트에게 최고의 조건을 만들어줌과 동시에 현재에 안주하지 않고 성장하는 하이브가 멋져요! 17억 임대료정돈 충분히 감당할수 있다는 자신감으로도 보이네요. 승승장구하시길🙏

    • 빅히트 뮤직 소속 가수들을 아티스트로 키우는 게 좋더라구요. 방탄 모든 멤버들이 자작곡을 해서 직접 노래를 만들 게 하고 또 후배 그룹 TXT도 멤버들이 직접 앨범에 수록되는 곡을 만들게 하고. 본업인 가수에만 집중하게 하는 게 좋음. 방탄도 투바투도 솔로. 유닛. 연기 등 개인 활동을 안 함. 팀우선 활동이 1순위.

    • 17년부터 이 건물을 계획 했다고 하더라구요 물론 건물주는 따로 있지만 건물 지을때 방 의장님이 적극 참여해서 아티스트들 공간들을 최우선적으로 챙기셨고 내부살림을 맡으신 민희진님이 다른 모든 공간들을 인테리어 하셨다고 합니다 ㅎㅎ

  • In all honesty, I’m in love with the design of the building. Its exterior simple, elegant and gigantic, but their interior MY GOD! Who thought of this?? Not only is it spacious, but the spaces designed are so well thought of and so philosophical! I salute whoever thought of this and designed/remodeled the building!

  • 실제론 1위지~ 방탄수익이 타 연여인 가수 통틀어 벌어들이는 수입보다 많기 때문에 방탄으로 인해 건물올린격~ 사는것보다 임대가 싸기 때문에 회사를 저렇게 실용적으로 운영할 뿐~ 신사옥 짓는 비용이 500억이 넘으니까~ 방탄은 몇천억을 벌어드리고~~ 실질적인 1위

    • Hi, just want to correct you a little bit. Justin, Ariana, Demi, J Balvin and etc are not under/part of Hybe as they have their own label. SB Proj (under Hybe) is not a label, it's a management company that is paid by artists to manage them. It's different from owning artists. Therefore, they have nothing to do with Hybe business.

  • I think its amazing achievement for hybe (bighit) for only around 11 years of their career they already have even its rented those company buildings, with great facilities on it, its really fast as an agency to achieve that, we can really see it, they r really growing up so well, so so well And its not easy too for yg to achieve their career till now, they already stand for so long as an agency and it’s repaid for the building, Bighit is amazing with their young age to have that achievement and yg as no1 did too its not easy
