As a fellow West Ham fan and Noble being my all time favourite player, being a coach and manager is two different things. Sometimes being a coach is easier than being a manager, would be good to see how he does. But only got to look how poor Gerrard and Lampard has done since being managers, so not always a legend becomes a good manager.
@@Rubberdomi86 yeah i agree, you see his generation of Lampard, Gerrad and Rooney. All struggling as managers. He shouldn't be in no rush to become one, step by step until he feels comfortable enough to become one. He have great leadership and motivational skills, but who knows how good he is tactically. That's something i would like to see it one day, his tactical side.
We need more of this content. We need the likes of Mark Bob and Anton around this club. Great episode I look forward to more COYI

Loved this! I hope West Ham do more of this, show more of the training drills and coaching points so that grassroot coaches and players can take bits away to improve their own game. Noble is Mr West Ham, love that both Zamora and Anton still do bits and pieces for West Ham too.
Been pretty low in regards for all things west ham recently this video perked me up, what a set of coaches.

idk what his intentions and ambitions are now that he's retired, idk what he wants to do with the rest of his life but by the sounds and look of this, he could be a top top manager if he wanted to one day our Nobes, hopefully for us eventually!
