Most motorcycles in sims made for cars forget to add gyro physics, a force that keeps the motorcycle upright at speeds over 5mph, and dampens death wobble at speeds under 150mph. That said, this bike was significantly more functional than the AC motorcycles. It also doesn't help that this game doesn't support clutch RPM adjustments (high rpm low speed) that affect the gyro without affecting speed...
right vyt gyro is actually in the game idk why they dont add it into the motorcycle
@@watarodI think it's because of the mod being from modland (a place known for bad mods) and if I'm not mistaken that's a really old mod
Gyro doesn't keep the bike upright until much much faster then 5mph. The reason bikes stay up so easily is due to the angle of the front forks, aka : rake. This angling of the forks means that the front tire will self-correct itself when the bike leans or the surface isn't flat.
Something tells me motorbikes don't work good in beamng

The game actually features gyroscopic percussion so I don’t know why any mod developer has not used it for motorcycles yet …
the reason why its so hard to ride at first is because of the kickstand, it automatically goes back up after about 10mph or so
yes speed wobble does happen in real life. its absolutely terrifying.

that wobble at the end IS something that happens IRL, its called "Speed wobble" or "Death wobble", the only non-realistic thing here, is how it randomly flips while turning.
@@AI-Idiot I recognized that! Pretty neat actually. The weightless flipping without balance physics is like a nightmare where you can't ride a bike anymore. Boy the world would be a sad place without 2 wheeled fun.

the steering physics are surprisingly accurate tho. except for the random flipping
not really, if you were on a real bike you wouldnt fall over at a high enough speed when turning, yet this just doesnt matter
@@idfk6245 on a real bike you can make very tiny inputs at high speed like you should. in a video game even with a controller the smallest inputs you can make are considerably higher so hence the speed wobbles and falling over.
I bet a 125 or 300cc would be a lot easier since it looks like it's just pure physics simulation without any of the "damping" that other games have to make bikes usable

It’s true! I’m an ADV rider and this is true. You roll the bike by pushing the bar on the side you want to turn. Once it rolls you allow the bar to settle into the turn. (YES. If you want to turn right you rotate the bars left at first)
It's automatic IRL while almost impossible to do consciously in game

@@baotaku It's the same on bicycles. You just don't notice it cause you do it automatically. It's also a much smaller movement

lmao, this video reminded me of a crappy motorcycle i made for beamng years and years ago. it was roughly this experience, very rough.
Well, a Motorcycle COULD be made with custom lua and 4 wheels. Something loke a bike with training wheels, but those wheels couls be hydraulically operated with the steering input. The faster it goes, the less it steers the wheel, and leans more to make turns.
More. I want more. I want you to become the bike man. To be the only guy that is truly good with motorcycles in this game
I remember a there was a motorcycle mod in like 2016 that self balancing but I think it got broken with an update

never tried a motorcycle, but sure modland is not a good place for quality mods. they are often broken and dont get uptaded when they need to..most of the times they are also stolen mods and dont support the hard work of the creators who put months of work into making them..
I have a question: every time i download a mod they either start the download or send me to "modsfire" i got a virus in my phone by modsfire and do i have to keep retrying till i start or click "report for misuse"

If you are using a pc, then it wont work and you'll oversteer. If so, please invest in a wheel setup, or in the very least, a controller. Hope you found this helpful.
