And crying, in a biological sense, would make sense why it happens less and less when you get older. A kid would always let out a cry when they are hurt because of danger

As a woman I cry at least once a day, around 100 days out of the year. Maybe more. At the peak I’d say it would have been 250+ days out of the year It’s very hard to be a woman, but one thing I’m grateful for is that I can cry and show my emotions and let it out
