It lets you set the output to 1080p but the actual game renders frames at like 480 or 720p and stretches them, which is shit. Mods let you unlock it so the game renders at the native 1080p ro whatever your monitor is.
To be fair, he didn't say 1920x1080 was low, he just said it wasn't high. Given that 1080p is pretty much the standard right now, I'd argue it's neither low nor high, just average.

Blade wolf is stored inside of his "frame" its like a black box/cpu of sorts and if THATS destroyed then hes gone FOREVER. If its intact then you can just put him in a new bodyframe without issue. That what he was scared of if he disobeyed mistral, that his hard drive would be WIPED clean. The threat of his personality/sense of self being erased terrified him

As funny as Monsoon's dialogue regarding 'memes' is in the current internet culture, I'd like to remind everyone that the word 'meme' comes from anthropology (around 1980) as a term to describe 'a unit for carrying cultural ideas, symbols, or practices', in a similar fashion to genes in biology. I took an anthropology course this semester, and at one point my professor actually was talking about cultural vs. biological evolution.
