1 tbsp. instant dry yeast
240g water
100g white sugar
1pc. whole egg
65g salted butter
600g all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ cup powdered milk
Coconut meat
½ cup powdered milk
¼ cup cornstarch
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup butter

  • Very generous ang coconut fillings mo pangsarili pagkain . I like it kc kung buo buko pie hihiwain pa then exposed na need na maubos while yan individual isang serving. 👌

  • Sana May branch ka sa Metro Manila. Kahit di restaurant just start in a smaller stall in any SM mall. Mukhang masarap mga products mo. Medyo malayo ang Binan yung mga taga Maynila hirap makapunta sa Bakeshop mo. iba syempre kung maraming market to sell more and be known in other places.
