They didn’t sell it cus it was .03¢ I think they were suppose to pull it off the shelf. The machine was beeping when she scanned it.

It’s a way for the associates for know to pull the items. Some stores have policies to sale if it’s on the floor and some don’t. If you ask the manager nicely they may. Or bargain with them and tell them you’ll pay .10
