MONGOLIAN ATTACKS FOR MMA
www.dynamicstriking.com
This MMA Training video teaches Mongolian Attacks.
Greg Jackson is the renowned MMA and Combat Coach behind the MMA careers of Jon "Bones" Jones, Carlos Condit, and many, many more. This is an excerpt from THE FUNDAMENTALS OF MMA available exclusively from DynamicStriking.com.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

  • The way he speaks it’s pretty obvious this guy studies all sorts of tactics history and the details of fighting much like John Danaher

  • The fact that this is a dead channel is so surprising and not surprising at the same time, not many people need this information. I love it though thanks so much 🙏

    • Not a huge channel but not exactly dead either.

    • Did this guy really call dynamic striking a dead channel. This channel has been a consistent source of sound tactical fight info and high level coaching for years.

  • BS. I take your back 9 out of 10 before you get the leg over my knee. A good striker will make you pay for turning your back and a push kick will sit you right on your Ass. Stupid move in my Opinon and a side kick especially is definitely not worth that Risk, as it is only a finishing move, if you hit the Liver Spot on.
