I had 2 sandwiches made by this genius of yumminess this February. After I put in my order I saw a couple of sandwiches being brought to life and I became so very hungry. As each sandwich was completed and handed off to its lucky recipient...the lucky eater's eyes lit up as we were being handed our treasure...we each shared an anticipatory agog glance, like, this sandwich is too good to be true! How could this possibly be my lunch! I am not worthy! I declared February 12, 2024 as 'the day of The Sandwich.' I did go back the next day and it was also amazing, then, alas, my need to head north won out. This was the tastiest sandwich of 2 months of travel, and so inexpensive! I tried not to, but I had to sliently judge all subsequent sandwiches by comparing them to this masterpiece.
