  • I remember when I got my first period my mom's not around me so I got panic attacks like really bad one. My papa just got from office when I came out of washroom and fainted right in front of him. When I regained my consciousness I saw him sitting next to me and I said to him ''papa,mujhe lagta hai meri kidney fail hogayi.😨" When he asked me what actually happened I told him about the cramps and bleeding thing. He asked me to wait at home till he comes back and when he finally came back after 10-15 minutes he had this huge polythene bag in his hands. He just handed over that bag to me and said "iska ek pack kholna usme likha hai kaise use karna hai aur washroom ja ke change karte rehna" When I opened up that bag there were around 10 packets of sanitary pads. What surprised me even more was that I never expected him to know such things but he did managed it all very well. Today, he's not between us but everytime I get into some problem I look up for him for help to get me through. It always feels like he's watching over me from there.🙂

  • I absolutely love this video. Kudos to her dad for giving her the proper information she needed to help her deal with her 1st period. May her mother rest in peace. This video was very touching and it made me teary eyed that she couldn't talk to her mom about it. What an amazing single dad.

  • Saltue to every woman on this earth who goes through this pain in every 28-30 days once. Being a 14 years old boy, I can't even imagine what pain girls go through in this period. Just hats off! This made me start to believe that boy's life is much easier that girls. Because they get this from 10-12 till 45-50. Wow!

  • Beautiful! I usually get my periods early morning.... And my father's the one who wakes up earliest...around 4:00 am...so if he sees that I am awake and having a bad stomachache...he heats up water,fills in the bottle and gives it to me,and then brings tablets and napkins if necessary. He even ordered heat bags just for me, it really relieves the cramps. I know I am too lucky that Papa cares so much for me....more than my mummy even😛. Mummy knows girls are habituated to this pain and cramps. But papa gets nervous and worried seeing me on those days. He's the best. ❤️

  • Actually in our school every year an Adolescents meet is conducted in that meet students from age 12-17 are gathered to get knowledge about the changes that they're facing both mentally and physically . When I first attended that session It wasn't a shocking thing for me because I was aware about everything regarding menstrual cycle and I think this kind of sessions should be held every year in every school to educate Kids who are undergoing Puberty..
