Wedding speech.
For those that may not be aware of Malaysian cuisine, Benjamin uses a cute phrase in describing his partner Joyce as the "sambal" to his "nasi lemak" or as the perfect spice of his life.
FYI sambal is a Malay delicacy made from shrimps that is poured over the nasi lemak (soft rice) which is a fragrant coconut infused soft rice.
