  • The G550 is wierdly beautiful, everything as in like the engines, wings ect, looks so big with the small fuselage.

    • one of the ugliest aircraft IMO due to the engine placement

      @ivanfisher9301@ivanfisher93012 жыл бұрын
    • @@ivanfisher9301 a bit odd when you first see it, but with that configuration you have the best of both worlds - a low wing without the nacelles underneath, so belly landings won't destroy your engines, and on top of that you don't have to bolt the engines to the fuselage like a regular rear engine, so you don't get the added noise and vibration in the cabin

    @cosmophonic12@cosmophonic122 жыл бұрын
    • the only stupid question is the question left un-asked. Thanks for the comment! Some of the time stamps may represent takeoff to landing time, not necessarily taxi time (which can take longer at international airports). For comparison a Citation CJ2+ has a max cruise speed of 418kts where as a boeing 737 max 8 has a cruise speed of 526kts. Also keep in mind that the wind can have an affect on how quickly an aircraft travels.

    • Oh BS. Don't hurt your arm, mate! I spent over 3 decades watching high-time super-current guys perform really lousy crosswind landings. Lemme guess, you fly for NetJets?

  • Oh God of course someone's recording landings at KSDL. Please don't upload my terrible landings in a 172, I'm still learning there right now 😅

  • Did not look particularly windy to me. I have flown many times from Scottsdale. Generally noted for calm conditions.

    • It may not have been actually too bad for the pilots, i'm not sure as i am not a pilot, but the wind at my back and the additional highpass audio editing i had to do to cut down the wind noise was definitely a real thing for this video haha. Thanks for watching Tom!

  • There’s no way I’d have those idiots walking on the wing to wash it, then again it ain’t my plane. SMH…

    • haha i'm sure they only walk on the surfaces that are safe to stand on!

  • What’s the deal with all these jets doing full stall looking landings with their noses 5-10 degrees up and increasing at touchdown. That’s not quite right. Must a a “technique” that they is great even though it’s wrong.

    • I can't really say as i'm not a pilot, but it does make it interesting to watch. Thanks for leaving a comment and viewing the video!
