Thanks for the video, appreciate the info, would love to see some type of latency test, currently iPhone doesn’t have usbc once it does though, will low latency be able to be achieved though they will still have aac codec? Does the dongle override the lower data transmission speeds of aac?
I was just looking for earbuds that I can use for work, but also during gaming when I dont want to wear headphones. Thanks!

I'd say yes. But really depends to what standard you play. But if you are a casual FPS player then they're fine. At end of the day you can't beat wired - but the 2.4ghz feels latency-free to me.
Highly considering getting these since over-ear headsets make the back of my ears disgusting during prolonged use.
I use them for everyday work, (Zoom calls etc) and Gaming. The touch control can be sensitive and pause a YT video suddenly because I moved my jaw - but other than that, they're my main headset of choice. (I tend to use a different MIC on Zoom calls or streaming)
@@CliveIllenden Alright. The touch thing sounds a bit annoying but I do use a separate mic so the poor quality wont be an issue. Thanks for the informative video and comment!
@@CliveIllenden Update: I bought these and jesus christ the touch thing was worse than I could ever have imagined they were literally unusable with the constant stopping and starting of music when you would talk. Also the app on PC didn't allow you to turn the touch controls off so you had to connect them to a phone and download their app there. And even when the touch controls are off the buds still beep when they register a touch. Cannot recommend these to my worst enemy extremely annoying little things.
Good informative video. I want to ask that microphone test you did in the video is on Bluetooth or 2.4GHz dongle and if you use 2.4GHz dongle and speak through microphone, sound quality affected negatively or not (like stereo is gone for sec etc.)?
When I tested the microphone it was with the 2.4GHz dongle. I find it better than the Bluetooth.
Can you tell me if it is good for playing Call of Duty Warzone? I was thinking about purchasing it, I currently have a hyperX cloud stinger 2, it's very good but in this heat it's difficult to use it, I wanted to test something wireless and with more freedom.
I think it's great for playing games from a headphone perspective (if you don't like over the head headphones etc)/ However, I think the mic is not that great. Depends what you usually use (as a comparison).
I got mine yesterday, and i got a static problem mate. It was like disconnecting for a lil bit then comes back
How far away is the wireless receiver? Is there anything that might interfere with the signal?
bro, can Mic still working when wireless dongle connected to the PC or the Mic only working for BT connection?
Mic works when connected via dongle or via BT. The dongle is best way to connect via pc for fast response and no lag in audio

When I am playing warzone. The mic does not detect.. does this happen to you as well? Also There is a cracking sound when I am playing.
Are you connecting via the wireless dongle? I don't have an issue so maybe something in your set up is interfering with it
@@CliveIllenden correct... Using the dongle with the wire. Did you need to do any setup? Or was it just plug and play? I had no problems with my blackshark pro and Steelseries 7 with dongle before. This is the first time the mic is not detected when im trying to play warzone. Its actually the main reason I bought it because it has 2.4Ghz.

How many hours of gaming do you actually reach with the 2.4ghz on?
I tend to use everyday for work, which maybe a couple of hour-long meetings - then maybe a 2 hour gaming session in evening. Then I charge them. I think 4-6 hours at least.

I have seen people on reddit complaining about many problems with these buds, have you encountered any? Does it work well on discord while using the 2.4ghz?
Yes. Fine on Discord for me. Only issue I have is that the touch control when listening to media like YT or Spotify can be a bit sensitive and it will stop the video or music thinking you've touched the ear bud, now and then, if you move your head suddenly.
