Espn and all sports media will not talk about Kerr garbage coaching. Kerr was lost last night. Warriors players were on their own last night. No gameplan no adjustments and played Klay when he showed he was gonna be selfish in the first few min.
A lot of it is on Kerr, he was stubborn and still thinking about the 4 rings he had. It was clear that the Kings were going to physical, and the team needed athleticism. Klay shouldn't have started. I honestly think they should have started Steph, Podz, Kuminga, Wiggins, and Draymond. Have CP3 with Klay. Klay was forcing too much in proving he is still the same player he was. Klay should accept a lower contract if he wants to stay with the Warriors and help Steph win a 5th ring. Kerr has a lot to think about himself.
Wiggins needs to go, because i haven't seen the same desire there since he won a ring. CP3 should probably have to go on that contract, but if he signed on a much lower contract, it would be good for them, CP3 still looks like he has another year or two to give before retiring.
Funny thing is they got beat with their own offense. Kerr watched his defense go under almost every screen. He did not help at all, allowing the players frustration to build. This season is all on him, he made it more difficult than it needed to be. He would be foolish to coach any other team because it is gauranteed to be the worst team in the league. He doesn't even know how to rotate players which should be obvious by now. That would've been my starting libe up as well. No reason to start Klay.
The season is partially on Draymond for his suspension, on Klay for his stubborness, on Wiggins for that horrendous start to the season, didn't seem locked in at all. Kerr also had issues during the season. Kerr has had success with the lineup I mentioned, but it seems he just went back to starting his 3 guys as default. I think Kerr is a good coach btw just stubborn and blinded by his success, without Kerr, the warriors wouldn't have won 4 rings in the last decade. But he has had a tough time this season. Kerr should move teams to prove himself once again once Steph retires.
The warriors honestly in a Bo7 are a top 6 team in the west, this was a winner take all game, and the Kings came out to play. Both Pelicans and Kings look like they'll be carrying injuries, so it will be a battle of wills for the 8th seed.

From the Lakers perspective, you get Denver after 4 days rest, & with your star players healthy. Best chances Lakers are gonna get, if they’re gonna beat Denver in a 7 game series. Also, this isn’t the same Nuggets team they were last year. Losing Bruce Brown & Jeff Green cost them depth. And for the 0-8 record, remember that most of those games were single digit losses. If DLo doesn’t shrink in the WCF, or disappears in a couple of those regular season games, we could be having a completely different conversation. We already know what LeBron & AD are gonna do. But if DLo’s shots are falling, then this can be a very interesting series.

Where are all those "we done with the 90s" folks? Zion Williamson gave Bron a 40 ball while the entire team sagged off him the entire game. He also left the game with like 3 minutes to go and still hit em for 40 11 and 5. I don't think he made a single shot outside of the paint other than maybe one shot from 15 feet. I really hope we get to see more Zion. There's more to the game than bombing threes. He didn't take the bait. They dared him to shoot and he still went to the hole and bodied them. Mad respect one of the most exciting games of the year.

The West goes through Denver. Whether it's in Round 1 or the WCF, Lakers HAVE to face the Nuggets eventually. Might as well be now when they're both rested, compared to last year when they faced them immediately after Round 2. Nuggets are too strong to face with an exhausted Lebron. Not saying they're going to win, just that their chances are better sooner rather than later.

Why avoid the Nuggets? I don’t see anyone knocking them out anyways before the Lakers would have to face them. So why not play them while you have nearly the whole team healthy? It’s a better shot now before possible injuries in the semis or conference finals. If they were to make it that far. I just feel like you want to play the best when you’re hot and I’m ready for a tough series. All the games were within reach last year but they just couldn’t get over the hump. They’d go on runs and lose momentum before they could get the lead. They need to fix that and the series could be so good. Still don’t know if the Lakers can beat Denver. Klay is gonna take a pay cut to stay, CP3 is gone, Kuminga is getting moved to the 3, and Wiggins is getting traded for size/ depth/ cutting costs. That's the only realistic way to stay competitive. (Any argument of Klay leaving is meaningless. Kerr wants him there, Steph wants him there, and he wants to stay. Unless he does something really stupid like demand 30 mil, he's never wearing another jersey.)
The Lakers catch the luckiest break of the season when Zion goes down tied up late in the 4th qtr with a Hammy. LeBron was playing his usual Statue defense and was getting served by Williamson. So they switched Davis onto Zion and he was getting dunked on left and right. I have little doubt the Lakers lose that game with a healthy Zion probably giving them 50.
