Thanks. We're still trying to perfect the style and balance the close ups of the minis and the dice rolling. It's nice to see the dice rolls, but we feel in this longer format you don't really need to see ALL of them. So why not spend some more time looking at the fantastic models 😉

Agree, both of these armies look insane. They also have amazing kitbashing, not just a great paintjob. By looking closely one can see Emperor's Children bits in the Blood Angels army, and vice-versa.
Indeed, I spent a lot of time on the Dawnbreakers and half of the infantry. I love armies with character, kitbashing and finding ways to make models unique. Half the army was also acquired from a very talented painter in the UK, shout out to Jason L!
Really greatly report, Ilike the format! The EC withstood the Deep Strike Assult better than I expected 👌
Glad you liked it. We're trying to bring a mix of 30 minute and full battle reports. Or both like we did for one of our reports. The EC were lucky to have fearless units within the deep strike pinning range, but the BA still packed a punch on arrival 😂
Awesome report and love both the armies. Don't forget the assault cannons have the get's hot rule when used in a reaction.
Yeah, we talked about it. Then in the heat of the dice rolls, it just slipped our minds. 😅
@@fareastwargaming no worries, in general how do you find the Angels Tears with Assault Cannons, Im building 10 myself 😀 Basically upgrading the squad from 2 assault cannons to 10!
10 gets pricy, I would recommend leaving a couple stock as you inevitably take casualties deep striking. I have only played very few games with the BA but they seem incredibly fun!

Nice game guys. Next time you find your assault guys in CC with a dread, don't forget you have Krak grenades. They don't have shred but they do wound easier.
Yup, I just felt the shred might help get more wounds but krak grenades may of been the better choice!

Thanks for the compliment. We try and keep as close to the rules as we can 'remember' too 😂 and there's quite a few sneaky ones in the Horus Heresy, so we like to point them out for people. It's a great game so don't hesitate to pick up a force. But to whom will you swear allegiance? The Emperor? or Horus?

@@fareastwargaming I'm still in the first turn. I don't care how well the list does; it's a great combination of Blood Angels assaultiness and aggressive shooting.
Get the Blood Angels dice as well. I think they've been blessed as you'll see from the rolls!

Deredeo couldn't use Interceptor as it requires you activite the Helical Targeting Array, which doesnt allow the Model to move at all. EC moved him in Movement phase turn 1 and therefore couldn't have used the reaction.
3k battles are my favorite. They really give you a chance to flesh out the personality of your Legion.
We agree. We like the larger point battles. But with more points, you need more time to play. Everything takes just that bit longer, which adds up. So I get why lots of groups keep is smaller point size. Also, with more points some of the shootier armies have a LOT of firepower to wipe out or cripple opposing units if they get T1.

Great catch. We did talk about it. But I think in the heat of all the dice rolling and the shock of the shear amount of BA 6s that were being rolled, it got overlooked at the time. We'll remember it for the next time 😅 Glad you enjoyed the video 😊

Hey good job on the batrep! The BA Heavy Support Squad, first turn-- shouldn't they have suffered from Gets Hot on their assauly cannons firing overwatch at the EC Assault Squad as it was a Reaction? I'm still learning, so not sure.
p.s. Nice work on the camera! Makes a big difference having a dedicated cameraman I think.
Yeah, It's a lot easier when the camera man isn't playing the game. Easier to focus on the table and let the game happen around them. There was supposed to be a Gets Hot on the reaction, we talked about it, but when the time came we forgot 😅

Thanks for watching. But Yes, agree about the dice. We like to let people use there own dice generally, but we might have to do some policing in future videos. We have the same issue with some of the FW dice, like the space wolves. 😕

Yeah, these things sometime get lost in the heat of the moment. I like the Skill Unmatched, but due to the loss of attacks, I get why people on occasion choose to not utilize it.
yeah but watching the slaughter of the emperors children cause of his general breaks my hearth and it was soooo frustrationg to watch,but im glad that you guys field them cause there are not many EC betaps out there.....go on dudes@@fareastwargaming

Good question! We squires this army from a talented painted in the UK, but unfortunately do not know the basis of the conversion.
