I want a 14k 24’ LPX 102” deck, drive over fenders and HD tongue box in the worst way. Just need to find the justification to replace my current trailer
Bought a 14ft by 83inch utility trailer never had a Diamond C before had it about a year. I'm glad I got it the dealer where I got it told me that you all had discontinued this model this is a great trailer love the folding back ramp. Going to be getting a new car trailer soon I hope you all make what I'm looking for 20ft with a 2ft dove tail and 10 to12,000 lb axles

I am looking into getting a 28ft with 10ft stationery HDT 207 gooseneck package in lime green with hydraulic jacks, electric/hydraulic brakes, hydraulic power tilt, 17.5 wheels and tires, 12k winch, solar panel, deck on the neck, and stake pockets with rub rail. Just out of curiosity what is the empty curb weight????

@Diamond C Off topic.. Any consideration of building a dump trailer with a 48" stationary platform with side load ramps ahead of the dump box? Tree guys & landscapers like to load a mini skidsteer and still have the dump bed available. Might be a nice addition to the options list. Consider the first one sold. :) Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. Keep up the great work.
Great question Dave! We’ve actually made quite a few over the years just as you’re describing. Stationary decks ranging from 48”-96” with side gates, side ramps, or just the deck. If you inquire with your dealer we can do it on custom basis - no problemo 👍

I'm looking for a trailer for my 3/4 ton pickup that I can haul my fun toys like my dirtbikes/4wheelers and snowmobiles but also can haul small equipment around do you guys have a trailer that would be able to do that ?
Love the v-nose chain box. I’m curious if there is a reason you don’t offer the keyhole or “banjo” style chain tie down points on the tail.
Thanks for the comment! The standard D-rings and rubrail tend to be more universal for chaining down. The key holes typically aren’t one size fits all and you have guys using 5/16” and 3/8” chain.
I need to order a dump trailer, we have a tree service,really want a 26 foot dump with 60 inch sides. We had a 24 foot built buy Midsota but it had a scissor lift needs a telescoping cylinder, you guys interested?
I have ordered a custom DET with 208 & gooseneck package. electric disc brakes with oil bath hubs, electric hydro tilt, bad a%^ winch, hydro jacks and much more. I haven't received trailer yet, still waiting for it be built. But i bought a bad to the bone dump trailer from same dealer, LPT gooseneck dump trailer, 208 package that my buddy James has done a review on along with it being in many of his other videos. superior trailers bar far. I do have a complaint... two brake assemblies on passenger side completely destroyed costing me over $3500. I could not find anything obvious but its not my forte. basically the wheel gets so hot it cooks out the oil in the bearings, noticed hot spots on the drums and glazing on the shoes. my gain was set to 2.5 out of 10... with two different 1 ton trucks. so I took it in to shop and they said everything looked fine. they didnt know what to do either so we changed the whole backing plate and shoe assembly and it fixed the issue! in calling Diamond C they were no help. they gave me the run around. I have asked to speak to someone in charge to get me reimbursed for the repairs and have been shuffled around and misled. My dealer hasnt been much help either. they state a check is coming for the first repair but this was two weeks ago with no update. Diamond C while I agree your trailers are very good and the axles are not yours, the support in getting issues resolved at least for me have been terrible. between these two trailers i will have spent 45k with your company......

How much do the trailers flex as they are loaded?
Tough question to answer 🤔 Flex or frame deflection definitely varies considering which model - which GVWR package as well as amount of weight loaded, weight density and weight distribution along the bed.
I got same gray 14 k trailer.its the best on class...but what i hate....is fenders...i broke it 2 times...

I’m waiting 10 weeks now….
I’ve waited 12 weeks and from my understanding I have 8 more to go, it’s worth the wait! First dealer told me I wouldn’t see the trailer until February of next year when I called in April!
my dealer changed a pre ordered stock order to fill my order. Ordered in may. Was told 8 weeks to get (Mid July) 4 weeks ago I was told the are running behind. Other dealers wouldn’t even respond to quotes but the was 16-20 weeks for who did respond.
Was told originally 6 to 8 weeks. One dealer said he's not putting orders in. They will be nice when they all come in...
Customer service…. Well leaves a lot to be desired. Contacted them thru their website about my pending trailer order. My 24’ LPX Trailer order was made incorrectly (internal issue)after almost 3 month wait. Found out when dealer asked if I could make use of a trailer 4ft shorter than ordered. Contacted diamond c and they responded to selling dealer not me. They responded with. It will get remade in 3-4 weeks and they will honor the price even tho yet another 15% surcharge has been added since order. Not quite the response I was expecting. Premium money paid for a top end trailer. I have yet to hear from Diamond C directly. Seriously this is how this will be handled? One would expect better from Diamond C in my opinion.

We do commonly default to communicating through the dealer (as in most dealer serviced industry) to limit third party communication issues being the dealer is generally your service contact and who you have worked with to order the trailer. We are glad to know that your trailer is being rush rebuilt to get you the correct length quickly. We do apologize for any inconvenience it being constructed the incorrect length the first time has caused.
