A lot of people assume that its a bad thing or that their is something wrong with someone who doesn't have a lot of friends. If you can still care about people, communicate and enjoy the company when it is there, then there's nothing wrong with it.

I see ‘personalities’ as meaning people interested in being famous and being on magazine covers, and ‘actors,’ as people who are genuinely interested in the work, and so the quality of work is better. How do you see it differently? (I’m not asking for a fight, I’m genuinely curious about how you see this, because I haven’t heard this point of view before.)

  • Its insane that he’s still at the top of his game after all this time. I mean I’m Gen Z and knew who he was early on but it was Westworld where I really learned how truly brilliant he was and after that made sure to watch his older films, how the hell in his 70s he can still give such a masterful performance in Westworld that rivals his best roles, and now in One Life too, or The Father. A true legend.

  • It's great to see him back with such good material in Westworld. He had amazing success in the 1990s with Silence of the Lambs, the Merchant Ivory stuff, Nixon, Shadowlands and Amistrad. I'd love see him work with De Niro as well, and Pacino - and Michael Caine again(I know they were both in "A Bridge Too Far").
