  • The addition of the voice over at the start gives me OG Morning Tide vibes, really hit in the feelings and brings back that nostalgia of watching the morning tide films, getting frothed up to go for a spin at the local ledge, getting nothing but donuts day after day until finally landing that one fish that makes it all worth while. Much love and respect Briggsy

  • Land-based fishing, in the genre that you and the Morning Tide boys have championed, requires labor to have a chance at glory. Or, at the very least, a damn good story. This film featured both. The emotional rush will have made that scramble unforgettable. Crazy episode, Brah.

  • Briggsy does the psycho climb 2 times back and forth (not including the rod+bag trips) and in the end still says "Have we got time to go fishing!?" haha classic. Keep up the good videos Briggsy, it's good to see some of the crazy climbs and lengths you guys go to to get to a good ledge. If you don't have much fish action then chuck in climb for the content bro, I'd watch it all tbh.

  • Correct me if im wrong but when you tried to revive that longfin tuna, I don't think it would have worked because tuna need to keep swimming in order to get water flowing through their gills, they cant pump water into their gills like other fish, so having it still wouldn't have worked. Sick video though!

    @Fishology@Fishology3 ай бұрын
    • The tuna had taken the back of the lure through the bottom gill area and it actually was more than 5 minutes to dehook, in the process it’s gill got damaged (have to censor this kind of footage on YT) so I wasn’t really trying to revive him so much as just checking to see if he would kick off. It was too deep to swim down and grab him if he didn’t and we didn’t want to waste the meat. But yeah you’re right they want to be moving forward to get oxygen for sure 👍
