  • Julio still very-much looks like a young man - not just in the face but in the way his body is not quite filled out completely. It reminds me of what really early Lebron looked like. Give Julio another 4-5 years of maturity and development and he is going to be an absolute machine. It's been a pleasure watching him in Seattle.

    • It’s not just the workout, it’s incorporating the strength and explosiveness into the swing… you can have all the muscle and explosiveness in the world and not be able to hit a home run because you don’t have the swing my g

  • That’s good that you put this video out for younger kids to see the work professionals have to put in to be great at their craft. It breaks the misconception that that kids have about professionals (MLB playiers) just magically be great at their sport.
