    • Well Grammy followed his IG when Birthday dropped. And Birthday wasn't even a proper solo. It was only an NCT Lab project. If those award-giving bodies are still serious about looking out for the real deal, that's not impossible

  • ten is the full package, from his vocals to his dancing. his movement simply flowed seamlessly like water and his vocals and visuals were dangerous. his facial expressions perfectly encapsulated the mood of each scene and his artistry was on full display. this is the perfect lead up to his so10!

    • @@magra453 no disrespect to Kai, but strictly speaking he doesn't have that flair in street dances. Like Lay was the best in EXO in the arena. And his Latin and Funk aren't at this level.. he does really well in the usual idol type of choreos though and is such a great center. But choreos Iike these that require a lot of flavor and that ability to create a certain vibe and atmosphere that's totally different to the usual idol stuff, is just something else.. Respect to Kai though.

    • @@arien_000 I adore LAY, and he is amazing at street dance. Unfortunately that’s where he generally stops. Sometimes KAI’s hips can seem a little stiff when it comes to street dancing style, but I wonder if that is tied to his natural shyness. However, as amazing as TEN is at everything, I can’t say that I like his style of dance more than KAI. I am firstly Exol-L, secondly WayZenNi.

    • @@magra453 i understand. And you could be right about Kai's shyness. But this why I love Ten a lot though, cuz he really commits to the assignment. He also has a shy side, but when it comes to his work and his performance, he takes on another persona for the sake of executing a concept and a dance genre the best way possible. He is already talented but it's really his total commitment and immersion in the character he is portraying through his song, dance and performance that sets him apart. I'm sure Kai is also committed and at the end of the day, it also just boils down to their distinct colors as artists.

  • There are a many idol dancers who are good at kpop choreographies, but Ten is just a f-ing good dancer 🔥 no one else can do hip hop, funk, contemporary, waacking, latin & afro-inspired styles with such precision, groove, grace, & passion 😩💖

    • Yeah, I've been watching the standout idols since 2nd gen and in all honesty TEN just outdanced all the other idols, even the legendary ones. That crown is certainly his but it just had been denied to him for so long cuz other idols are backed up by more established or bigger fandoms and are well promoted by their companies
