Not sure, but I think I hauled a trailer and truck in for you probably 18 years ago not 100%. If it was you I did it for a guy that did sheep hunting. His or your wife came to the D and R branch and ask for some help which was across from Lee Livingston. Don’t know if this was you but if it is, it’s good to see you doing well. Hopefully it continues for you. God bless.

I can’t believe your not hobbling those horses. If that would have been our herd we’d be chasing them back to the trailhead in an hour from letting them loose.

What is the cost for such a hunt? My understanding is only the wealthy can afford sheep and mountain goat hunts.

They can be anywhere from 5k-25k depending on the outfit and region you hunt them in. Mexico has some cheap hunts as far as bighorns go. There’s also Barbary sheep and aoudad hunts in west Texas to cali that go anywhere from 3.5k to 10k. In the states you need to win a tag for a lottery for bighorn and mountain goats as well Long story short yeah they’re expensive and most people aren’t going to spend 10% to 50% of their annual income on it.

When the gentleman weighs the bag thats gonna go on the horse, how much does that weigh?? On average i guess?? 50 pounds maybe??
