Outrider USA is based in Mars Hill, North Carolina, and has been building heavy duty electric vehicles since 2009. The Outrider Coyote is the lightest 4WD ATV ever produced, with up to 140 miles of range. It is the only ATV on the market to offer adaptive controls, for individuals with mobility impairments.

Visited the shop yesterday in Mars Hill. Great tour. Mickey was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As impressive as these devices look on video, they are doubly impressive in person.
Thanks so much Gerry! We really appreciate the kind words!
Great vid. Super product.
they need to make a version with front entry for people that use wheelchairs and can't crawl over the top
Wheelchair user too, Maybe I could get in the machine but i could never load it in my SUV by myself.
These things are so cool, unfortunately I'll never be able to afford one. And i highly doubt the Canadian government would fund it for me. They would probably just offer me M.A.I.D instead.
I just got the VA to cover this for me and was worried that they where out of business… yay video is 5 hrs old
Congrats!! That’s a real accomplishment! We’re very much in business. 14 years and going strong. We look forward to building your Coyote!
Would be nice if you had a mode switch to reduce power & speed to get in/out of the vehicle. No need to go into any menus.
How much this cost? I’m from phillipines
Can you load the coyote on a wheelchair lift? I have a GMC Yukon that has a wheelchair lift and I don’t use it anymore since I’m able to use a walker. Can you lift the outrider on a wheelchair lift?
Great question but the Coyote will not fit on a standard wheelchair lift
@@mickey-yg1vy is there a plate that will adapt to hold it?
Can you send us a photo of your setup? There could be a way, would help to see what you have. Email is info @outriderusa.com. Cheers!
Are you planning to make a bicycle?
No plans for a 2 wheeler currently, although we do have a pedaling option for the Coyote.
Instead of all this nonsense with winches and straps; why not program a .5 mph load/crawl mode so the Coyote can power itself up the ramp.
