@@habibamir1972 I am doing these cardio exercises for the past 5 weeks and the gym trainer showed me these exercises and I wanted to learn some new workouts so then I looked at KZhead and found out this video and i realized I have been doing this before so I posted my honest review about this. It's not like I learned from this video.

@@drjeethu25 yes , I did, sharing more details... basically I cut out the amount of food a little bit. Not bread, not cookies, less sugar, I get my self through salads, fruits, vegetables, but I did not stop eating meat. Now I've already lost 7 kg. It's too much difficult at first, but over time your body get used to that.

Thank you for this. Not only is it a fantastic HIIT workout it’s made me stop smoking as I want to get better and better at this and do the Blaze circuits at the gym. No more cigs for me after today. Even when I booze. It doesn’t make sense. When I was super fit in my 20s and 30s I didn’t smoke so here I am at 53 smoking and I’m probably making up for my lack of fitness by doing something else that’s bad for me. Doesn’t make sense. Age 45 , Wt:83Kg, Ht:5"7 , Tested for high cholesterol and triglycerides and boundary level HBa1C Day 1 : Couldn't go beyond 36% as ran out of breath. Hopefully within a month should be able to do it 100% in one go
