Lou takes this. Mentzer has become super overrated as of recently he only has one great pose which is his crucifix pose(and it only looked good when he was on point) other than that all his other poses don't flow well at all with his thick gut, nonexistent chest, asymmetrical back, super wide hips.

It's not just genetics he worked harder than mentzer. Plenty of guys worked harder than mentzer. HIIT is good and all but everyone who placed higher than him did more volume than him. Just saying

I think its just Mentzer and Dorian were genetically weak in the chest Mentzer had great arms whereas Dorians were weak

I met Mentzer at a contest I was competing in, and he was guest posing. He was a huge jerk backstage. I stopped being a fan of his at that point.
Lou is too big for him. Both great physiques though. Side by side though everyone would be looking at Lou.

Steroids do that for ya the shoulders and traps are super responsive to steroids
now I'm really confused ... it's oil or steroids? they used steroids back then in the 70s and 80s and didn't have shoulders bigger than their head ... also legs and glutes
