    • The OG bred 4’s were always inferior to the black cement 3’s in my opinion. It’s a dirt and dust magnet because it’s a synthetic material on the shoe. I would’ve love for them to reimagine the OG with actual suede or nubuck.

  • Nubuck get ashy and lint attracts to them quickly. But the tumbled leather can easily be cleaned with a towel or wipe

  • The durability of the re-imagine's will allow them to be worn more. Be seen more in the streets, even amongst various weather conditions. Easy to clean. It's a classic silhouette, hands down. However, all eyes are drawn when a clean pair of OG's hit the scene! To keep them fresh throughout the years speaks volume about the owner.

  • The toe boxes are definitely of a different construction than the 2019 & 2013 pairs. I don't know if this was done because of requirements of the upper's materials. Perhaps to address concerns with creasing. I'm also curious as to the overall feel of them. I've seen Break talking about how Nike may be following the mold of the SB 4s for the various pairs dropping this year. I've heard rumors of how comfortable the SBs are (like I could actually get my hands on them lol) and hope that'd translate to these as well. I'll definitely be aiming to cop when a shockdrop happens

  • Creasing on tumbled leather looks natural whereas that durabuck looks terrible if creases get deep. I never worry about creasing on any of my sneakers except 11’s. It kinda ridiculous and unavoidable if you actually wear your kicks. Def going for the Breds tho trying to have the complete reimagined collection

  • As an “ol head”, the OGs always gonna win, 👐🏾 down! Still gonna double up on these jawns though. Creasing is just a part of life. Do y’all use crease protectors? I feel like they don’t work well in all kicks though. I’ve used them in the past but it’s too much work. Feel like I had to go a half size up and the comfort level went a full size down. Either way, imma grab these. Amazing content as always…stay blessed up!!!
