Did you miss his semi-resentful story that ended with him getting the office Pete “took”? (Then got his son to “ personalize” for him) Put a kind of petty spin on what was allegedly a cordial relationship and kind of diminished Schneider IMO.

I kind of feel like they are intentionally erasing that era and he veterans like Doug, Kam, Mike Bennett, Jermaine, etc. While I think there is validity to some extent (you don't want the ghosts of the past staring you in the face), fans like myself (who have been at this since day one) have an emotional connection to those players. I was looking at the roster and realized I don't know who 3/4 of these guys are! It's all bout balance: honor the past, don't dwell in it, and build your future. JMHO
