4:40 that’s true. It’s dangerous. There’s no way anyone could watch more than 2 of your videos and not come away with the idea that the biggest danger to these guys would be themselves. It’s … the rider themselves are at fault for a good 90% of these clips. Oh … if you do a wheelie on a freeway you may crash? Really? Oh .. if you double the speed limit around a turn and target fixate you may crash? Really? Crash after crash, after crash … it’s the rider’s own fault. Definitely not 100% … but close enough.

He wasn't punished for the actions of someone else he was punished for his own actions the bit your missing is that the cop would have warned them both it they stopped but coz 1 didn't he charged that one but they both still were capable of being charged and he wasn't charged with my friend didn't stop
@@christopherhammond7258 His whole argument was that he was going to make it a warning, but ONLY gave him a ticket because his friend evaded. The act of ticketing him isn't a problem, but his mistake was openly stating that his escalation of punishment is due to the actions of a third party, which in turn would make it a collective punishment and thus violate the 8th amendment. So he could most definitely fight and win in court with evidence of the altercation
@@red.s1k no morally u may have a point legally the cop had every right to ticket him the fact that he was going to let them off if they both stopped is down to the cops discretion there ain't no way your convincing a judge that you should be let off just coz he said he was going to .... yes judge I did it but he said I would have been let off if my mate stopped but he didn't stop so I should be let off..... do u see how stupid that sounds?
@@christopherhammond7258 I'm not going to argue case law with you when It's very clear that the officer made the mistake of making such a statement, had he not, then there would have been no possibility for litigation.
@@red.s1k8th amendment talks about cruel and unusual punishment and excessive fines. It is not cruel, unusual or excessive what this officer did. If you could bring up a case law that would prove your point it would probably be helpful but you don't wanna argue case law..

I saw the video on another channel, the rider was a woman, and she was going WAY over the speed limit. She admitted she was riding out of her depth. She also said that yes she would have died without a helmet on, there was a rock that went straight through her helmet.
