Don't talk poorly about yourself and more importantly under no circumstances tolerate disrespect, people trying to belittle another in the name of $ at your expense. Respect , teasing should be left school years your youth, as you grow, choosing to use language to communicate rather than causing chaos.
I can never get over what gossips / bullies people are. They relish in it; it's like slopping the hogs. If they don't know your business then they have nothing to gossip about, well, hopefully. Jealousy, gossip, tattling. Humans really are the most cruel of beings on the planet
