    • Without Greek legends existing first (for thousands of years), Kratos and his game series of origin would have never been thought of. I grew up with the OG Nintendo, SNES, and Sega Genesis ... but I still read books, specifically mythology and history from around the world.   • The Greeks mistook the fallen ones for gods. This could be a legend,which testifies to the fact that these are historical occurrences that actually happened in time. The Bible, Book of Enoch,Hinduism,etc., all talks and teaches about extraterrestrial beings who once treaded upon the earth. These were mighty beings who were knowledgeable both in science and technology,but were morally corrupt and base in nature. Same even fed on human flesh thus,humans fled from them as man was no match to them ! They had the know-how of creating human hybrids thereby polluting nature through miscegenation experiments,and which brought about the flood. The legendary history of humanity is like a jigsaw puzzle,of which every pattern falls into it's specific place just like a mosaic,giving meaning to the wholesome projection !

    • I would not be shocked to learn there were "Gods" described as such. It seems implausible i admit, and you seem much more learned than myself for sure, but when I was young I read the novels and fell in love with the Gods and the people who worshipped them according to the legends. Did some research and the amount of drawings and other after-the-fact literature certainly seemed to make their existence plausible, but again I don't have the overall knowledge to make that determination. Your description makes as much sense as any I have read, but I can tell you of all of the reading I have done (both fiction and non-fiction to be clear) puts the possibility of the greek and roman gods (more believable are the existence of the greek gods to me) very possible...thanks for your explanation.
