The video is from 2017 and once people get to a certain age they don't really age too drastically in such a short period of time He's aged well in the sense that he still has a good hairline and seems to be in good shape but aside from that he shouldn't really be expected to age drastically from 35 to 42 unless he has

The great Milan teams in the late 80's-mid 90's were even more feared under Arrigo Sacchi and Fabio Capello.

It is so beautiful to see that they fight for the UCL final in 2005, then Xabi's Liverpool surprisingly win, and in 2007 UCL final they meet again but this time Ancelotti win. And they both reunited in Madrid and both win UCL with Madrid, then they meet again in Bayern Munich

class Alonso, I remember when I was younger i always read and heard he's class, he has proved it since with his mode of dressing his playstyle leadership (captained some of the best teams in the world), his cabinet (trophy cabinet), What an interview clip. I was going to watch the whole clip.
